@Thexboxoneguy1991 because looks, horsepower, build quality and retained value are all completely different topics. They’re all purchase motivators, but Ford, Chevy and Dodge - all American manufacturers - just suck at making cars. Ford outright admitted it and basically stopped the production of all but the Mustang. Chevy and Dodge would be smart to follow suit.

When I was a teen my dad told me to avoid Chrysler cars as they are notorious for tranny problems and the heating system is awful. Fast forward many years and my then husband wanted to by a Chrysler for me. I told him what dad said and he said "That was years ago they are better now". Nope still not better. Not having learned his lesson he bought our daughter a Chrysler, same problems. No more Chrysler cars!
