I guess my acting career is over?

We were going to have a family meet up since now it appears to be safe. Unfortunately my wife woke up in pain and was unable to travel so I had to call to cancel and apologize. I was told that they understood and that, “I can hear the exhaustion in your voice”. So I guess that I’m not as good at making things sound fine.
