My workplace is "pushing to reduce worker injuries"

Which, as anyone with 2 braincells can tell you, is an outright lie. The reason for reduced injuries in 2019 was that people quit/got fired before they worked long enough to get injured. There are no meditation zones, the "stretch breaks" are more like, "hurry up and drink water, time's ticking" breaks, and their online wellness programs are essentially HR using google to answer your questions and provide tips. Bamazon needs to stop lying and just admit that yes, employees are going to get injured. That's part of asking them to work faster than machines and monitoring every second of their day, only to warn them about something out of their control.

Rant over. Back to your normally scheduled issues.

@Zaphod42 Bathroom breaks are a literal risk. They never stopped cracking down on "time off task", so if you gotta go, you're getting a warning.

@pattycakechamp Yeah, that’s why I only sometimes do Amazon Flex and never applied to be a W2 employee. I like being able to go grab a Starbucks if I want and use the restroom when o need.
