Why do some religions insist on monogamy in a relationship?
Don't get me wrong, I really like monogamy. My coffee table is made of genuine monogamy and it is beautiful wood but I don't think you need to own such a thing to be in a relationship.

You are free to believe whatever you want. And people are free to follow whatever religious practice they want. What difference does it make and who cares? Live your own life.
Asking why does absolutely no good unless your planning to join one of these religions, OR you already are in one of these religions and are looking to find a loophole.
