I鈥檓 Ordering A Large Package of Whole Flax Seeds From Swanson and Planting Them in One of My Flower Beds...

I planted a few a few years ago and they bloomed and had seeds on them....they grow so easily like a weed. I鈥檇 probably have to pay the same amount for a small packet with a few seeds in it than I will pay for a 13-ounce bag of flax seeds from Swanson.

@MarineBob I planted two wildflowers in my flower bed....coreopsis and Indian blanketflower, and they both just about took over. I am still getting coreopsis plants sprouting up in other areas of the yard and flowers beds...those seeds migrated

The article said 3.5 Billion. There was a photo of a pull down shade with about 8 softball size holes that tore through the window and shade!!!

@Oster1 Probably for the entire line of the storm which hit not only Oklahoma but Texas.

Yes and primarily only two areas, the hardest!馃槉@cherokeepatti

@Oster1 it hit the mile of cars, many cars totaled. All the skylights at one Walmart super center were broken, no telling what it did to the inside of the store. I鈥檓 sure other businesses and also home had broken skylights. Neon signs broken, store or restaurant windows broken out, siding shredded in some areas, a lot of roofs need to be replaced. They say there is a glass shortage and it may take 6 weeks or longer to replace windows (I don鈥檛 know if that includes cars or just building glass), lumber costs a lot more now too. This hail was really jagged for some reason.

Beautiful and wise to get the larger pack. There was a good story on the hail storm today on Drudge, left column if still there. That was something else and broke the record from 1992!

@Oster1 estimated half-billion dollars worth of damage is what I last heard. It ripped up a lot of houses and cars. There is a video of someone standing in an apartment breezeway and it looks like a hurricane coming through the side breezeway.....the winds were 85 mph at one point and they said the morning before it happened that we could get winds from 70-85 mph that evening.

Very healthy and beautiful. How will you use them?
cherokeepatti61-69, F
@zeeva70 Probably pick the seeds and eat them fresh. That鈥檚 what I did before with the few plants I grew. They were tasty fresh from the plant.
