Her: (in a pleasant little chirpy voice) Cream and sugar?

Me: No, thanks.

I hand her the money and she brings back the change.

Her: "Cream and sugar with your coffee?"

Me: No, thanks.

She brings the coffee. "Cream and sugar?"

Me: (sighing) No, thanks.
