What calms you down when you’re stressed af?

For me it’s the thought of a loving person I used to know. I remember knowing this person and believing everything will be OK. That usually helps me sleep.

Unless the stress and panic are really bad.

Sex, laughter, a nice glass of wine, Scotch, etc., a walk in the sunshine. Sometimes a chat with friends or family; but sometimes that makes things worse!
