If people ate considered about how there skin looks

They should take care of themself eat healthy organic real food exercise limit sugar or better yet no sweets wear sunscreen and exercise you will look younger feel better and these things are good for overall health on general

I never eat organic, don't really exercise, and have a high sugar diet and people say I look way too young when I shave and I have generally good complexion.

Organics are kind of a waste of resources, they aren't any better or worse than conventionally grown foods but cost more and require more arable land and water.

Exercise and limiting sugar is good for health.
