Car starts won't shift into gear, all the dashboard lights come on. Pop the trunk and fuse box wires are chewed to hell. No idea if this is going to cost hundreds or thousands to repair. Oof.

Yeah, they love to chew on wires. Cars, trucks, in house electrical wiring, etc. I feel your pain. It's happened to me as well. I hope it's not going to be too expensive to fix.
