What’s the housing market like where you are?

Here it’s very competitive and most people can’t win a bid to purchase a home. Being out bid by tens of thousands of dollars. It’s crazy.

I've heard that Florida is insane right now. Everyone wants to live there so they can escape from California and New York.

No one wants to live in Massachusetts, unless it is inside the elitist areas like Newton and Wellesley, or certain areas in Cambridge.

Prices are up about 7.8%.

@4meAndyou depends on where in FL. In the cities yes, just outside town not bad at all

@Callmewhatyouwill Got a friend, and a brother, who live down there, and they can't get a construction guy to come out to save their lives...all busy building!

@4meAndyou yup, sounds about right. It's been a great 2 years in construction.. sad part is we have more jobs than people to fill them. So all kinds of delays.
