She thinks she's underpaid because she's a woman not because hardly anyyone watches womans soccer.
They sued and lost because the current contract with us soccer pays them less upfront money than the men but they agreed to the contract for guaranteed money and they were offered the same contract as the men but if they took that structure of pay they would get less. She thinks because her team is more successful than the mens team they deserve more...the judge told them that isn't how it works. She should tryout for the mens team I think 🤷♀️

@Longpatrol her team chose guaranteed pay over pay to play like the men, if a man doesnt get on the field during a game he doesnt get paid, the women get guaranteed salary just for being on the team. They can renegotiate when the contract expires.
The woman's pro league is also partially subsidized by US soccer because they dont have as many fans as the mens pro league. US soccer uses the womans league as a feeder league so it's worth it to them
