Has anyone successfully lost weight with a fitness tracker?

I am just using the calorie tracker on mine and so far dropped 8lbs in about 2-3 weeks. Anyone lost a lot of weight?

I’ve always used MyFitnessPal to track calories, even when I was maintaining. I’ve lost 52 pounds but my goal is to lose like 40 more because I want to be 105 pounds.
