Without consciousness and observations there is no fundamental framework defined as time.@AussieZaneso so, movement and change consists mainly within the unique point of a sentient entity. We can only realize successive duration within our selves as "time".

@Socorro I agree with that sentence. I'd call it an illusion, though.
