Is access to healthcare a fundamental human right?

@Powderflask Unfortunately that's not as much help as you might think. The ugly truth is that most often, by the time you have the opportunity to draw a weapon, you're already dead.

@Powderflask I suppose the most effective way to protect yourself would be to wear some kind of body armor. But that's not very practical. I mean, who's gonna walk around all day wearing a flak jacket? That'd be silly.

@MrBlueGuy My mother's best friend got shot twice, one in the hand and once in the lip, completely out of nowhere not even two weeks ago. He was getting in his car on a main street in broad daylight at 2:30 p.m. and people started shooting, and he nearly got killed. So yeah, you don't have to tell me. I know.

@BlueMetalChick I was attempting humour but that's actually pretty terrible I hope he gets better. I don't understand how anyone can just shoot into a random group of people hoping to hit a target. Yeah let's ambush him at the playground. It's insane.
