Would you let them charge their phone, boil the well water from your home everyday until the help arrives and situation becomes normal again or you’d let them help themselves? What would you do?

Yes. We had folks move in with us during the freeze this week and had others come by for water, shower, rest room.

I did have those and I shared. My neighbors shared garden produce with me. That is what good neighbors do.
