I only enjoy the aesthetic aspect of being a woman like dressing up, makeup, going shopping etc but other than that I would have been way happier as a man. I have never been excited by the idea of pregnancy, child rearing, cooking etc and always looked up to traditionally male leader type roles. I always felt burdened by the societal expectations for a woman and would have been much happier as a man; they’re never taught to choose professions keeping marriage in mind, a man is never defined by his wife or kids; men just set their heart to something and do it. Women are taught to be sacrificial and homely from the start which I could never stand
