What does the slogan "Make America Great Again " actually mean ?

It means to focally focus on the well being of america and americans NOT the external affairs...
instead of spending billions on external organisations and war .. spend that amount internally to make america great again....

It means .... lighten the economic burden on Americans ... cure the weaknesses in our defense systems, restore dignity and care to veterans, level the trade playing field

But most of all ... it means no longer fostering globalism

I think we're going to go around bullying and attacking other countries to show how tough and great a champion we are.
