That's me right now I hurt my face and I feel absolutely disgusting

Yup. You just feel gross afterwards. I get that sometimes normally when im feeling stressed..

As for your face, easy for me to say but all you can do is let it breathe and ignore it. The more you worry and stress and touch it the longer itll stick around
