Well if they were giving vitamin D shots instead of vaccines I’d say Vitamin D shot. I’m old enough to remember when the WHO in the early 60’s told parents to give their children cod liver oil (high in vitamin D and vitamin A) to prevent them from getting polio. Why aren’t they suggesting anything natural like that these days?

With the data we have so far, sadly the former, in terms of effectiveness.

In terms of costs and ease of transport and storage no doubt the latter. But the data that have been published so far was quite ambiguous.

It has been tested across a broad spectrum of races and age groups, and unlike the Pfizer vaccine it does not cause allergic reactions in those who are normally sensitive to vaccine ingredients.

Unlike the Astra Zenica vaccine, it does not have rare neurological side effects in anyone tested.

I honestly don't know.
