@IntelligentSWer Nope. Your colour is set at a genetic level, like your skin. I suspect if research was put into the dynamics of tattooing and hair growth that they could be crossed, but you might have to hit every hair follicle with the needle. That would be very painful and time consuming and expensive. Hair dye is much easier.

@IntelligentSWer Which I likened to your skin, which gets darker with more strong sunlight or burn red. If you drink enough Sunny Delight you will turn orange. But no one does this on purpose just to change their hair colour. And you have no control over what colour it will be.
