Yes. I worked for Boeing a long, long time ago. And there was a guy there that did critical repairs. He was the only one who could do them. And he was drunk every day when he came to work.

I had a drunk nurse dude once. As I was in my hospital bed for the night shift, everytime he came to check on me , he smelled of alcohol and appeared more drunk each time. It was like working with a drunk
