I'm still in Tier 2 but all my family is in Tier 3. I'm also somebody who should be shielding as I'm clinically extremely vulnerable but have had no choice but to do the school run.

@SW-User Yes you are advised to shop on your own but remember there are other customers and staff in the supermarket that you can’t totally avoid.
