Age of consent

In Nigeria the age of consent is 11. 12 in the Philippines and Angola, and 13 in Burkina Faso, Comoros, Niger, and Japan. In the U.S. It’s 18.

If there was a universal age of consent, what would you all think it should be?

I think that consensual sexual acts should not be criminalised between those of same age or up to two years difference if both are 15 or over. So two 15yr olds shouldn't be committing a crime by having sex, nor should a 15yr old and a 17yr old, that should be left to the parents to govern. Nobody over the age of 18 should be able to have sexual relations with anyone under the age of 18.

That's my opinion.
