This is estimated to cost around £8.7 million a year, or £3.50 a year per tax payer. Well worth the money in my opinion.

@SW-User if the net cost is that low how much of an issue is it really? What does that say the average woman 15-50 spends on that stuff? They’ll spend millions administering the program.
@DownTheStreet you dont really know how economics work rigth or how this system is gonna work right ? you just talkign out of your "taxes are bad" ass....

@DownTheStreet I would imagine the estimated costs include administration costs. This has been in place in schools and universities for a couple of years already.
