I've just read another sad storie about a man who killed his 9 day old baby because he was jealous his girlfriend was giving it more attention.
This is the reason you should need a license to have kids.

What happens if a woman gets pregnant without a license, do you kill the baby or her? Or, if she is raped ? What do you do with the guy that doesn't have a license ? We need a license to get married and we all know how well that works? 8)

She broke the law so chuck her in prison and she should be made to have an abortion. If she is raped, she should be made to have an abortion. The rapist should be shot on the spot. Having babies is a joke, getting married is a joke.
