How can we be here and not know what for?

And don't tell me we're here to have children and get married.

We're just another life form.
Our evolution has meant we have become the top of the food chain.
But I doubt there's much more to it than that.
At some point there'll be another evolutionary leap and the Homniun will make way for whatever comes after us.

I want to be a Alien.

@Rebeccasayer: If there are any other life forms out there, you already are one !!!

@Picklebobble: does that mean I'm a Alien? Or am I part of something else that is out there in the universe? And I don't mean my family.

@Rebeccasayer: Well. It's a good question.
Awful lot of space up there. Awful lot of planets too !
I don't know if we are truly unique and alone in the universe. Or whether we are but one of millions of creatures inhabiting many other worlds ! We are but one tiny planet in a vacuum of planets !

@Picklebobble: it doesn't make sense to me. How can we be the only ones? I really hope we aren't. Have you heard the storie about Aliens bringing us here? I really want to know more about that.

@Rebeccasayer: There is a book called "Humans are not from Earth"
By Ellis Silver PhD
His contention is that Earth might be a 'Prison planet'. Given mans propensity for violence !
And a fair few other theories.

@Picklebobble: tell me more? I'm going to have to get that book online. That would make sense
