@Elessar the trucks weren't doing anything illegal. That little white car was the one pulling shit hit one of them than drove off, thus leaving the scene of the accident. An actual crime.

There's nothing reckleas about driving in formation around a bus. Obviously you've never driven on the US interstate system keeping rightmost lane and safe distance aren't enforced and aren't actually laws in most places.
