Can you make a decent omelet or no?

I still can't make a decent omelet after all these years, it either breaks apart or burns😕

Yes, I can make a large one....I flip it on a dinner plate & then cook the other side, cover it with a lid with a bit of a gap and cook slowly on low.

@cherokeepatti rather than flip it, I finish the top under the griller while still in the pan... Magic with grated cheese on top!
