The White House is claiming the Covid Pandemic is over - so why are infections and hospitalisations increasing?

I listened very carefully and I said ( the White House said) I was wrong . The White House didn’t say a word. trump said it some of his people said it ( I think just to agree with their boss) but the white can’t speak it’s only a building .
