I have heard a LOT of nasty comments. Particularly about their driving. Whenever an elderly person was driving safely and slowly on the highway, the ex used to call that person a Whitehead.

@4meAndyou When I was a greeter at Walmart there was the sweetest friendliest little lady who was in her 90’s who came to shop. She drove herself to the store in the mornings after mall-walking with a group of other elderly residents, they walked at least a mile every day before the stores were open. One day she was driving out towards the lake East of the city and drove right into it. There were two men who witnessed it and they dove in to save her but she had already drowned. One of the men said he was. Lose enough to see her face and said she had a blank expression on her face staring straight ahead as the car went into the marina area.

@NoGamesTolerated That little lady was a pistol right up till her death. At least she didn’t suffer for months or years before she died.

@cherokeepatti yep! She might have suffered heart attack or massive stroke to drive into it.

@NoGamesTolerated Seemed like a stroke, whatever it was over quickly

@cherokeepatti yes. I got that. And I meant that if either condition was that massive , she would have died instantly from them.

@NoGamesTolerated She was a goner either way
