What is your favorite alcoholic drink?

@basilfawlty89 A friend promised to buy me absinthe for my birthday so I could make sazeracs but she couldn't find any. So next city trip I'm getting some. I've made vespers and they're delicious.

@CountScrofula I have a friend who bought a bottle of absinthe and was going to make Victorian-era cocktails for us the authentic way, with antique equipment and recipes and everything. Sadly, that event was another casualty of the plague era, even though she insists it'll happen some day soon.

@FaeLuna I've done that whole deal with the slotted spoon and you get sort of a mild sweet licorice juice but the absinthe high is pretty fun.

@CountScrofula I don't even like licorice that much, but the experience just sounded like too much fun to pass up. We were even going to dress up in period attire and go all-out on this party!

@FaeLuna YUSS. The whole ritual of it is fun and you will ABSOLUTELY feel like Oscar Wilde at his best.
