if we were immune to disease and did not age ( immortal but body can be damaged to death)

would we tend to live a super boring existence because we would be afraid to get hurt and die since never dying would actually be an option?

Considering that nobody wants to become ill or even die from old age, I would relish living forever. Providing society has changed for the better and becomes more empathic and there were no more suffering. I would travel. Enjoy my descendents on into the future, make endless friends, look forward to each new day with renewed strength and health and be thankful for it. Life would be what we make it and it certainly doesn't have to be boring!
