What was the last mistake you have made lately?

I work at a hotel and cancelled a reservation a guest was making through a third party. We all spoke to each other through each other, and it all got very confusing. I thought they wanted to cancel and it turns out that wasn't the case. Oops.

It would be a mistake to talk about my mistakes. If I’m wrong I apologise sincerely for it then I move on, I don’t need the reminders ... who does ? Lol 😘

Apparently not hearing someone address me, hence walk away from me with hurt feelings, then complain about my insulting them. So, not hearing someone. Not even having a chance to respond.

The bread I was baking was not browning well. I changed the oven to broil and it was doing great, but it then started to burn .
