Hurt her butt & her heel but says it's painful but not serious.

She’s lucky it wasn’t worse. That’s a long way to fall. I’m sorry she was hurt, and hope she feels better soon.

Poor design. The handrails should have extended up another 4+ feet to allow the person to stabilize before descending. That looks like a 10 foot+ fall. More than enough for a series injury.

I hope the healing is smooth and there are no further complications. Super ouch!
