@darkknightt not research papers, entire thesis because it will help you when you decide on one of the recommendations. They will have definitions of keywords in the literature review section.
The best place by far is your department library. As master degree researcher, you have exclusive access to more publications but you might need acquire a pass from the administration.
Most universities in north america give you access to those publications in pdf form online too but you need to register in the library.
The reason I think it's better in your own department is because the research which proceeded yours is most likely done locally. You need something that you can investigate in your own area to make things less complicated for yourself.
However if you really wish to check out other universities, go to their websites or check out ResearchGate https://www.researchgate.net/ or OATD.org or https://nlp.stanford.edu/projects/dissertations/
