98 photos by Ansel Easton colorized

If he were alive today he would be so pissed off about this. He never wanted his work changed from black and white to color. His work was just too amazing though not to be. As even though his first photographs were published in 1921. They were almost if not 100% accurate when it came to grey scaling. Which made his work the most unique. I used Deoldify to automatically convert these grey-scales to color-scale. Take a look at the results which were magnificently brought to modern life. https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.3727065117310186&type=3

For what it's worth - I admire your passion for keeping things (art) as they were!

How do you know what he would want or not want?

@MarkPaul I read it as a Google Instant answer before. Not sure exactly the source though. It could've been false as he was also working on colorizing photos apparently.
