Marketing: Crazy New Job. Boss not valuing my work

Guys.. I’ve been I marketinf a while. I just started a job where they hired me as a digital marketer.. their web traffic has increased 400%... click through rates in the 9-13% range.. lots of form fills in leads.. the problem is.. they told me when they hired me they had a customer service person .. someone to hand leads to.. well.. I’m in this really odd position now where I’ve found out the person who I thought was customer service all of a sudden isn’t,. All of their calls go to a voicemail machine.. per analytics I see so many missed calls... form fills aren’t getting responded too.. and now all of a sudden this is my responsibility to respond to messages (that get forwarded to me 2-3 days later) they are spending all this money on marketing and there is no one to catch the leads.. I’ve expressed this many times.. I took the job expecting to do digital marketing and now it’s turning into a sales gig without the commission etc.. on top of that.. they are piling me with marketing work.. I’m drowning in a giant to do list, more ideas added to it every day.. and they want me to also be that customer service person .. it’s a mess.. On top if this.. this job gave me COVID 19 because they are die hard republicans and refused to wear a mask.. I tested positive and they told me it was okay to come in because they’ve all had it.. and to quadruple top it off.. I’m working like 60 hours a week sometimes until 10/11 at night with zero gratitude.. I’m on the chopping block every week.. I provide how many clicks, phone calls, submissions come each week like clockwork.. they’ve received about 17 trackable leads since I’ve been managing their digital marketing, the ROI is there... but they aren’t seeing the value of it.. today they told me to pause all ad spend... and another thing.. I ask for employees to take photos of jobs they’ve completed.. dozens of emails no responses from the sales team.. no support from management. The more I type this out the more I realize this might not be fixable and a bad position,. The only good thing is they pay ALOT.. Any other marketers have experience with this? Like I don’t know how to salvage it and I’m working my tail off.. I’ve always been so good at this.. and Having someone just not see the value I’ve outlined for them is tough .. it ignorance I feel.. today the owner made a comment that he grew his business 30 years ago without the internet and that they don’t need it essentially.. they door knock during Covid.. some of this is just insane to me. Anyone have experiences or ideas they can share ? Please tell me not every marketing job is like this.. surely it’s just a bad fit .. it makes me nervous to go elsewhere

Republicans you say? Sabotage the company secretly while collecting paychecks and slack off until you are fired. All they care about is money and screwing other people out of money but I guess who doesn't these days.

"The only good thing is they pay ALOT" I hear the median covid19 hospital bill is $45,000
without reading all of that - just update your resume and quit
