Everyone, please report [removed by staff]

That guy has been stalking and harassing me for months now and SW has done NOTHING about it. I'd block him if this only happened from time to time, but it has gotten so extreme that I can't post anything without him commenting only a few seconds (!) later. He's probably on my profile right now waiting for me to post so he can keep harassing me, so PLEASE, help get that stalker banned from this site. Thank you.

Dang, i'm kinda jealous.
I loved playing with hippyjoe but i kept proving how he contradicted himself using his own quotes and he blocked me.

But i'm not clear on why you can't block him?
