With foods I normally only eat during a barbecue. 馃構 I grilled some beef and pork smoked kielbasa sausage on my stovetop cast iron grill, covered with my new Cuisinart "melting" dome. It keeps the smoke surrounding the meat, so it works almost exactly like a gas grill.
I have watermelon, and coleslaw, and the only thing I am missing is potato salad. For dinner, I will be doing something similar, with a small steak.
I watched the Boston flyover by the blue angels and our military a while ago. I watched the Mount Rushmore fireworks last night...(they didn't actually show much), and I was mainly interested in our President's speech..

@Nimbus He could have been even MORE passionate and I would have loved it. He set forth some home truths.
The people there loved what he said...while the Lakota Sioux, whom I support at St. Joseph's school near their reservation, were out there trying to fight the battle of the American west all over again. They never made an issue of "permission" or "treaty violation" when Democrat presidents arrived at Mount Rushmore.
It is making me wonder what these kids are being taught...at school....to which I send money.
