How long does it take to fully trust a person ?

Some you just know instantly you can trust them.. others you instantly you cannot trust them.. others, it takes a while to get to know them.. I think you know the point where you feel you can trust them

I use two years as a standard. Need to see a person's behaviors in different situations. And even then, behaviors can change with a mild traumatic brain injury, etc., quickly.

Well you can give your trust to a person fairly quickly. They help you to maintain it by being consistent. And a bunch of other things...

I don't think anyone truly trusts anyone fully, there going to hold back something.

A long time. Maybe never a time to trust anyone. Not even yourself.
