Maybe their dreams are not as visual, but I'm sure their dreams would be full of sounds, smells tastes and textures.
Now, as for people who were once sighted, but became blind, maybe they dream about things they used to see, before they became blind.
And maybe colorblind people dream in black and white.
In the same token, people who are born deaf, probably don't dream of anything auditory.
And people who were once hearing, but became deaf, have dreams that involve sounds they used to hear.
Anyone whose human, dreams.
