I bought a handgun and im kinda scared of it.

I dont want to sell it since i feel like its going to be a waste. its so hard to use, plus i feel like im going to hurt myself. I have not even shot it yet.

@Chelsiegirl You just bought it? Semi Autos are tricky for someone with no experience. You should trade it in for something like a Ruger LCR .357 with laser grips. A laser aimed at a person's chest usually changes their mind about bothering you. Its easier to shoot and load. But , if you are going to keep it...I would recommend buying a few laser snap caps. They are fake bullets that have a laser pointer in them. When you pull the trigger (actually cock it and shoot the laser shell) it shines a quick flash on where it would have hit. Teaches you how to pull the trigger to get accuracy , because that is where most have a problem. I have carried for years. I carry a Glock 23 (.40) . Im sure one of your friends knows about guns and can help you get familiar with it and take you shooting.

@Chelsiegirl SW makes a great pistol. There is nothing wrong with it. The grips are a great shape for smaller hands.
