Yes, but lots of people who (typically), hug others & replenish their own 'psychic' (& I use the term loosely), have no idea that an energy transfer haa occurred - they just know they feel better ..& love hugs.
Some people are aware that their energy can be tapped by others in this way, & may choose not to embrace certain friends when feeling at a low ebb ..but may happily donate energy when feeling well - knowing that the recipient is unwell in one way or another. :)
Of course, I may have made this all up, or be deluded.. :D
