I’m jealous. I wish I could be happy for couples I see but I’m not. I hate them. I hate them because I’m jealous. How do I stop being jelous!?

You dont hate them you only hate how they feel for eachother, I just split up we were so happy in love, I dont even know what happened, but is started with the covid19 situation was too early to live together cause of quarantine, changed everything 😢
