@Degbeme Unlike many out there;
Gluten free, it is not a fad for my family; rather a very serious health issue.
Similarly but less intense, are the effects of the protein in milk, which is very similar to gluten, the protein in wheat, barley and rye.
So, I take what I can get.
But I do miss my crepes they were divine.
See through; now, that's an art.
Also, home made waffles, smothered in butter
real maple syrup (if we had whipped creme or plain yogurt) and jam or, fresh strawberries or blueberries.
