Ladies if you have used men in the past do you feel guilty later on?

I have led men on only to disappoint them just for fun. I used to not feel bad about it but lately I'm having regrets

You asked one thing then describe another. How is it "using" men just to disappoint them? Unless you are "using them" to improve your own low self esteem it makes no sense. This would be the only plausible explanation I can imagine for having "fun" disappointing anyone?
