They made this whole George Floyd thing

a race issue from day one. So how come not one of those cops were charged with a hate crime?

Because being charged with murder is probably sufficient to get them put away for along time I'd imagine. They're going to have such a great time in prison.

@vorian But dont you think if they had grounds for a hate crime they'd lay that charge too? I haven't heard to many legal arguments that say "we've got enough. That'll do." Usually they overlay any thing they can. What evidence is there that it was a hate crime other than the races of the people involved?

@SW-User I'm British. ..so don't know the exact details of what constitutes a hate crime in the US. ..
But hey if it adds another ten years to the murdering racists sentence go for it 👍

@SW-User Exactly. I think it was just a case of brutal cops who went too far. If the guy was white, we never would have heard about it!

@JT123 It has inflamed preexisting tensions and it came on top of Arbury and Breonna so it was really just the match
