This is for the people that don't believe black lives matter

[center] I will not silence you in the comments. I will not block you. Neither will I report you. If you want to let others know that you think any assaults or killings were the victims fault then you say it. I want you to be clear and vocal so other users can see what they are fighting against. I want other users to see how people like you exist. They should know the kind of hateful and bitter things that come out of your head. I want to them to see how such heartless things can breed in society. The people fighting again police brutality deserve to know how this happens.

I was not happy when I saw disgusting things posted on my Black Lives Matter post. I thought about deleting the replies or reporting them, but trying to shut you up didn't seem fair. I understand now that it is something that can be used to our advantage. It will remind us of the reason we are fighting. It will help us to keep defending the ones that need protection. We all deserve to be heard and I will not take away that right from anyone. So, if you want to show how little empathy you have then do it. I want you to keep the fire burning. Do it for all of us.

Ugh my heart is heavy ready all of these comments. It’s disturbing
@KaysHealingPath it is for me on both sides of the argument.
@KaysHealingPath These are only a few. There is so much worse. I know it's hard, but it's what keeps us going. Even when it's breaks our hearts we still have to fight. Police brutality needs to end.
@RedtheEmerald on that, I completely agree

@RedtheEmerald I agree with you.

I was distracted yesterday and scared about rising tensions in my area between two minority groups, but by late afternoon community leaders came together and organized
It made my cry.
I have a mixed family. - not my kids, but my cousins and my cousins kids.
I’ve had the privilege of getting to know and socialize and partake in black culture and they in mine. We are so much alike, and still have some slight differences, but we’ve learned so much about each in our years of co existing for our families that I wish that my city was not as segregated as it is.
And it terrifies me that any person especially those of color can die at the hands of a cop and they will walk without impunity. The fact is that white cops are less likely to be charged and prosecuted for murdering a black or brown person than for instance a black cop who kills a white man or woman.
@KaysHealingPath Your reply warms my heart. People have a hard time looking over their own book. Wanting to understand and be a part of something different is an admirable quality. It's one of the best qualities one can have. It is very hard trying to get through a world where so many people are selfish. Just know that there are many good people like you out there who feel the same way. Remember the thousands of people protesting for equal rights and see how many selfless people there are. Always keep your mind open and curious. Living a life with a closed mindset is a sad life.
