Why is there absolutely 0 respect for elders from many kids?
Y’all say gentle parenting works but in most cases all I see are disrespectful brads who need their rear torn up. We would have never acted that way.

@AmbivalentFriability my mom didn’t spank often but when she did you knew damn well you messed up. A lot of her punishments were harsh without laying a finger. Most things weren’t a hitting response other than a handful of times. My mother still had harsh punishments though that stung in other ways
