It looks to me like he's still working... is he also trained to fetch help to you once he has taken you to a safe place to sit, by any chance???

Hopefully, I'll be able to get one for myself one day.
I like the idea of having someone with me to get help when I fall over/collapse when I go out by myself. It has happened once and I've had far too many close calls of it happening again for my comfort.
If I don't get any answers on the cause of it soon, a service dog may be the route that I take in preparation for the fact that I'm just going to have to learn to live with it.
